Streamlining work processes and increasing productivity have become fundamental issues for organizations, regardless of the industry which they belong to or the objectives they aspire to.

No work group is exempt from the experience of holding multiple meetings in search of solving a problem or addressing a need and ending each one with a blank sheet.

Sometimes (almost always) making decisions and addressing problems between several people can cause deep disagreements and great waste of time 🤯.

What if we told you that this can be different? We are certain that, with the correct approach, the experience can be not only different, but truly successful. This certainty has its origin in specific cases of work that we have carried out from Say Hi!

In each of them, innovation methodologies and agility were established as key, versatile and transforming elements.

However, there is no single formula for all needs (there lies the secret 😉): it is essential, always, to adapt these methodologies to the objective pursued.

Our expertise  

To tell you about a specific example: with three very different clients, we designed work environments that allowed us to adapt the same methodologies to completely different objectives, from a common mindset: agility.

A candy factory, a paint producer and a football club. Different objectives, similar methodologies, agility as the common factor. In very limited times, each of these clients managed to meet the objectives set through ad hoc planned workshops.

With each one, and after listening and understanding their needs and problems, we defined the way in which we could add value to them. We understood where they were starting from and where they wanted to get to.

Our work? Trace the route from the point of departure to the point of arrival, through the design of specific dynamics and tools that would allow the expected objectives to be achieved.

Everything that was done had a reason and allowed not only to save unnecessary meetings, wasted time and disagreements between the parties, but also to achieve important definitions in a short period of time.

Every time a client approaches us looking for a solution, we confirm that the variety of needs is infinite. They may have to do with the ideation of new products (which requires a super creative approach), even with the delimitation of a new work area (something much more strategic). And in the middle of these extremes, a huge spectrum of different aspirations that, believe it or not, can find their solutions through the same way.

Through strategic, creative or exploration workshops, we simply propose a different way of approaching needs. We solve challenges, but in an agile way. We create environments to make concrete decisions. We get out of endless loops that generally lack the results needed.
