When calls start with this question, they already have a 50% chance of us saying yes.
During a call with Cande and Sebas, we were asked if we dared to transition all we’ve been doing in on-line workshops to live events; and we said: “Of course we do! That’s what we’ve been doing long before this pandemic.”
The objective was clear: they needed the partners of CAMARCO JOVEN to reconnect with each other, after a year and a half of 100% virtual contact. To that end, we decided to combine World Cafe and Estructuras Liberadoras [Liberating Structures], to achieve the objectives agreed. 💣 💣 💣
The results surpassed our expectations; all participants were excited and connected with the dynamic. They got to know each other, laughed, shared their visions, jointly designed the future of CAMARCO JOVEN, and they even established how they would commit themselves to the project. Awesome!!!
Since we couldn’t help it, while the participants were working, Cata did a mural ao vivo with the contributions made at the beginning of the course. Just picture how surprised they all looked when they saw what had been built from their contributions. Because that’s what the spirit of CAMARCO JOVEN and also what our proposal is about: to prove how powerful it is to work as a team, to build together and to make the best out of each one of us.
If we’re ever asked again if we dare to do… you already know our answer. 🙃
