About toasts and baby steps

It all started with a Linkedin message that later turned into a coffee with toasts at 9 in the morning at Gurupa on a Friday in August.

The only clue we had was a Linkedin message that said: “We need help with some marketing / strategy issue and you may help us.” That was all, #mystery.

So there we went, with little expectation and truly intrigued. The talk was very spontaneous, but something clear happened from the very beginning: “we are talking about the same thing”. Alfred began to throw out a thousand sentences per second, ideas, projects, projections and Manu, with toast in hand, suggested: “What do you think if we start with baby steps?” (clearly couldn’t process that much info). A week later we were already having a meeting with part of the board, and 10 days later we were starting with the first KO of a 3-month project.

This first project had two major objectives that directly impact on the business* and for that an integral work strategy was designed in which 3 major work scenarios were proposed:

Company: through tailor-made workshops, we were able to listen and co-create together with the members of the board, collaborators, former collaborators and clients.

Prospects: through in-depth interviews, we learned about the reality of potential clients from all over Ibero-America.

Say Hi! Team: with all the information we extracted from the work meetings and exploration, we generated and designed solutions to the challenges, adding our creativity, expertise and value.

What we had said would be a “baby step” ended up being a very light deliverable package 😳:

  • Employer Brand Strategy
  • Exploration with potential foreign clients
  • Value Proposition Design
  • Design of Assets to be able to go out to attract new clients.

For us it was a great challenge and a pleasant surprise to be able to work with Bitlogic; they are that type of client / partner that one always wants to work with: bold, committed, participatory, wanting to create and explore new paths 🔝🔝🔝.

Today we are beginning another new challenge, which we will tell you about later; we will give it all so it’s a true success 😉.

Thank you Alfred for that breakfast, for your shared vision and trust.

Thanks to the whole Bitlogic family for receiving us with such good vibes; it is a pleasure to be part of this trip 🚀.

Mental note: never trust “baby steps”. Here comes Say Hi! Hold on tight.
